1. 30-day return policy

At Lurline.store, we want you to be satisfied with every product you receive. However, if there is any problem, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving the product. After 30 days, we cannot accept a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Send a return request via email to [email protected], providing your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation

Once your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Return the item

Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned safely. Please note that packages sent back without prior notification via email will not be processed.

3. Return Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories (if any).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our standards. Items with signs of use (stains, tears, wear, missing tags) will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process may take 7 to 10 business days.

The refund will not include the original shipping fee, unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after completing the process, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be officially recorded.

6. Change/Cancel Order

Order changes or cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order.

Please note that after 24 hours, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
